The restrooms needed to be updated to accommodate 14 staff members, and to comply with the current CBP design standards.
RHD installed all materials, providing plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and carpentry services. Our goal was to maximize future energy and other cost savings, incorporate sustainable materials in the design and construction processes, and ensure ventilation in each restroom exceeded ASHRAE guidelines by 20%. RHD completed the remodel within the 60 days requested.
