Rozanne Garman

President

Rozanne began her career 29 years ago as a receptionist for a local fire sprinkler contractor. After successfully navigating the industry and creating amazing results for other companies, Rozanne saw an opportunity to stand on her own, founding RHD in 2005. In 2022, Rozanne co-founded The Equity Coalition of Thurston County, which exists to bring resources to support belonging, grow leaders, and influence change across our businesses, institutions, and organizations to create greater racial equity in our community. She current serves on the South Puget Sound Community College Board of Trustees and the Thurston County Roundtable.
