The EPA needed to renovate the Bio-Wing of the Region 10 Laboratory. It was a fast-paced, detail-oriented project, complicated by the fact that the original estimate came in over the limited budget available.
RHD held multiple meetings with the owner’s representative and all subcontractors. Working together, we facilitated a creative re-scoping of the project that met all EPA requirements and their budget, without compromising the functionality of the laboratory. We were also able to overcome multiple unforeseen circumstances that could have slowed the project’s completion timeline.
