The water tanks at McChord Field needed repairs to the cathodic protection system, and to be brought up to date so that the access ways and ladders met current safety standards.
RHD replaced failing rectifiers and electrodes on five water tanks. We replaced cover plates, installed new beacon lights, provided and installed OSHA compliant safety climb device rails, removed and disposed of abandoned anode cables, and installed new square hinged steel access hatches.
